Your community portal should reflect your association's identity. The branding settings let you upload logos, favicons, and featured images that appear throughout your site.

Managing Brand Assets

Navigate to Admin > Settings > Branding to access all branding options.

Your site logo appears in the header navigation on every page of your portal.

Recommended specifications:

  • Format: PNG or SVG (transparent background preferred)
  • Size: 200-400px wide, under 100px tall
  • File size: Under 500KB

Upload your logo

Click Upload Logo and select your image file. A preview will appear showing how it looks in the header.

Save changes

Click Save to apply the new logo across your site.

To replace your logo, upload a new file. To remove it, click the delete button next to the current logo.

A separate logo can be displayed in your site's footer. This is optional — if not set, the footer will use your community name as text.

Recommended specifications:

  • Format: PNG or SVG
  • Size: 150-300px wide
  • Works well in both light and dark backgrounds

Favicon

The favicon is the small icon that appears in browser tabs and bookmarks. It helps residents identify your portal among their open tabs.

Recommended specifications:

  • Format: PNG or ICO
  • Size: 32x32px or 64x64px
  • Simple, recognizable design (your logo mark or initials work well)

The featured image is used as the default image for social media sharing (Open Graph) when no other image is specified. It appears when someone shares a link to your portal on Facebook, LinkedIn, or other platforms.

Recommended specifications:

  • Format: PNG or JPG
  • Size: 1200x630px (standard Open Graph dimensions)
  • Include your community name or logo for recognition

OG Image

The Open Graph image can be configured separately from the featured image if you want a different image specifically for social media previews. If not set, the featured image is used as a fallback.

Best Practices

💡
Keep it consistent

Use the same color palette and style across all your brand assets. If your community has official branding guidelines, follow them for a professional, cohesive look.

  • Use high-quality images that look sharp on retina displays
  • Keep logos simple — they'll appear at small sizes in the header and browser tabs
  • Test how your branding looks on mobile devices, where logos appear smaller
