Get started with your community portal in minutes. Learn how to log in, navigate, and find what you need.

Welcome to your community's portal. This guide walks you through everything you need to get started as a resident.

Accepting Your Invitation

Your community administrator will send you an email invitation to join the portal. Here's what to do:

Check your email

Look for an email from your community association with the subject line containing your community name. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.

Click the invitation link

The email contains a unique link that takes you to your community's portal. This link is tied to your email address and can only be used once.

Create your account

Set your name and choose a password. Your email address is pre-filled from the invitation. Use a strong password you'll remember.

Log in

After creating your account, you'll be taken to your community's portal dashboard. Bookmark this page for easy access.

Once logged in, you'll see your portal dashboard with several key areas:

Activity Feed

The main area of your dashboard shows recent activity across your community — new documents, upcoming events, posted notices, and news articles. Use the content type filters at the top to narrow down what you see.

The sidebar shows quick-access contact information for your board members and property management company, so you always know who to reach out to.

Use the navigation menu to access specific sections:

  • Documents — Browse and download community documents organized by category
  • Events — View upcoming community events and details
  • Board — See current board members, their positions, and contact information
  • Resources — Find useful links and community resources

Key Tasks

Finding Documents

Navigate to the Documents section to browse your community's document library. Documents are organized into categories and folders. Use the search bar to find specific files quickly.

Viewing Events

The Events section shows upcoming community events with dates, times, locations, and descriptions. Check back regularly to stay informed about what's happening in your community.

Contacting the Board

Visit the Board section to see current board members, their positions, and their public contact email addresses. This is the fastest way to find the right person for your question.
