The Events section of your portal shows upcoming community activities — board meetings, social gatherings, maintenance schedules, and more. Stay informed about what's happening in your community.

Viewing Events

Navigate to the Events section from the top navigation bar. Events are listed in chronological order, with the nearest upcoming events shown first.

Event Cards

Each event card shows:

Title — The event name
Date & Time — When the event takes place
Location — Where the event is held
Description preview — A brief summary

Click any event card to see the full details.

Event Details

The event detail page includes:

Full description — Complete information about the event, including agendas, instructions, and what to expect
Date and time — Start and end times
Location — Physical address or virtual meeting information
Attachments — Supporting files like agendas, maps, or sign-up forms
RSVP — If enabled, buttons to indicate whether you plan to attend

RSVP

Some events allow you to RSVP. When RSVP is enabled, you'll see options on the event detail page to indicate your attendance. This helps your administrators plan for the right number of attendees.

RSVP is optional

Even when RSVP is available, responding is typically optional unless specifically noted in the event description. It's still helpful to respond so organizers can plan accordingly.

Event Categories

Events may be organized into categories such as:

Board Meetings — Regular and special board meetings
Social Events — Community gatherings, parties, and activities
Maintenance — Scheduled maintenance and service interruptions
Deadlines — Important dates and due dates

Check different categories to find events relevant to your interests.

Staying Up to Date

Check the events page regularly — New events are added as they're planned
Look at the dashboard — Upcoming events also appear in your portal's activity feed
Note board meeting dates — Board meetings are where important community decisions are made. Residents are typically welcome to attend.
