Your Portal Dashboard

For Residents

Navigate your community portal dashboard, activity feed, and quick-access features.

Your portal dashboard is the home page you see after logging in. It gives you a quick overview of what's happening in your community, with easy access to documents, events, notices, and contacts.

Activity Feed

The main section of your dashboard is the activity feed. It shows recent updates across your community:

  • New documents — Recently uploaded files and resources
  • Upcoming events — Meetings, gatherings, and deadlines
  • Recent posts — News articles and community updates
  • Notices — Official announcements from the board or management

Filtering the Feed

Use the content type filters at the top of the feed to show only what interests you. Click on a filter to toggle it:

  • All — Show everything
  • Documents — Only document updates
  • Events — Only events
  • Posts — Only news and articles
  • Notices — Only official notices

The sidebar on the right side of your dashboard shows quick-access contact information:

Board Members

See the names, positions, and email addresses of your current board members. Click an email address to open your email client and send them a message.

Property Management

If your community uses a property management company, their contact details appear here — names, phone numbers, and email addresses for key contacts.

Can't find a contact?

If you need to reach someone who isn't listed in the sidebar, check the Board page for the full board directory, or contact your community administrator.

Use the top navigation bar to access different sections of your portal:

  • Dashboard — Return to this page from anywhere
  • Documents — Browse the full document library
  • Events — View all upcoming events
  • Board — See the complete board of directors with contact details

Quick Actions

From the dashboard, you can:

  • Click any item in the activity feed to view its full details
  • Download documents directly from the feed without navigating to the document library
  • View event details including date, time, and location by clicking the event card

Mobile Access

Your portal is fully responsive and works on phones and tablets. On mobile devices:

  • The sidebar moves below the main content
  • Navigation uses a hamburger menu
  • All features work the same as on desktop

Bookmark your portal

Add your community portal to your phone's home screen for quick access. On iPhone, tap the share button and "Add to Home Screen". On Android, tap the menu and "Add to Home Screen".
