Last updated: 2/10/2026

The Board Directory shows your community's current board of directors. It's the easiest way to find out who serves on the board, what position they hold, and how to reach them.

Viewing the Board

Navigate to the Board section from the top navigation bar. You'll see cards for each board position showing:

  • Position title — President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, Director, etc.
  • Member name — The person currently serving in the position
  • Position color — A visual indicator grouping executive positions (officers) and directors
  • Contact email — The email address to reach them about board business

Executive Positions

Executive officers (President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer) are typically listed first and have distinct color coding to help you identify them quickly.

Directors

Directors at large are listed after the executive officers. They participate in board decisions and voting but don't hold a specific officer role.

Vacant Positions

If a board position is currently unfilled, it appears with a "Vacant" label. This is normal during transitions or when a member has stepped down and elections haven't yet been held.

Contacting Board Members

Each board position displays a contact email. Click the email address to open your email client and compose a message.

💡
Use the listed email

Board members may use a dedicated board email address (like president@yourhoa.com) rather than their personal email. Always use the email listed on the board page for official correspondence.

When to Contact the Board

  • General questions — Contact the President or your community manager
  • Financial questions — Contact the Treasurer
  • Meeting-related questions — Contact the Secretary
  • Maintenance or property issues — Contact your property management company first (listed in the portal sidebar)

Board Certifications

Some portals display certification badges next to board member names. These indicate that the board member has completed required training or education, such as:

  • State-mandated HOA board education
  • Ethics training
  • Financial certification

Certification badges demonstrate your board's commitment to professional governance.

Tips

  • Check after elections — The board page is updated after each election cycle. Visit it to see who your new representatives are.
  • Save key contacts — Add your board president and community manager to your phone contacts for quick access.
  • Be specific — When emailing the board, include your name, address (unit number), and a clear description of your question or concern.
